Personality & Character

Among all the options that one may want to alter or change to become happy, SELF is one of the most  important yet conveniently ignored entity. The prime reason for this is that the SELF itself is the subject  and the under consideration and we may not be …

  1. Aware of what the self is made of
  2. Aware of the change process either

Lets try to understand the two.

Primarily, we living beings are an integration of a gross component called Body and a subtle one called  the Spirit. The Body further is a combination of Mind, Intellect and Ego implying emotion, judgement and the sense of “I” respectively. If your decisions are emotionally influenced than you are seen taking  decisions based on your likes and dislikes. But if you are intellectually driven then your decisions will be  based on what is right and what is wrong. The best and wise way is to conduct yourself is to know when  to operate intellectually and when emotionally. Well body is just the medium to act and of course the  appearance too.

So if you are changing outside appearance you are altering your personality and when you trying to  transform internally you are essentially altering your thinking which is your character. It is very easy to  change externally but changing internally needs motivation, dedication and effort. So it may not be wise  to judge a person based only on the outer appearance his/her internal make up has to be discovered.

Hence it is said in the WOW statement : that it is easy to alter the outside cosmetically but difficult to  find a person who has embedded good internal qualities. Meaning one who is aware of his own  integration and is acting accordingly too!

We at Maxreach Resources offer several Self development modules of awareness for staff motivation  and performance effectiveness benefitting self as well the organization development. For more  information email at maxreach.co.in
